We gathered together for a sumptuous meal the night before -- BBQ, of course, since it was Kansas City, after all -- enjoying light conversation and getting to know each other on a more personal level before meeting up the next day for our formal roundtable discussion.
Led by Marie Swift, Jonny Swift, and Dori Thomas, the roundtable conversation was lively and candid as these accomplished RIAs -- all of whom are growing in leaps and bounds, with big visions for the future -- shared how they got to where they are now, what their biggest challenges are, and more importantly what they see for the future. A great deal of peer-to-peer sharing and advice naturally occurred. While we can't share all that was said in the room at the roundtable, we can share these exit interviews with the five advisor participants in the hopes that their highlights help additional advisors hit their bull's eye targets in the future.
